We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead and support complex transformation initiatives for a leading global consulting firm. This role involves working with top-tier clients across various industries, including government, energy, financial services, and healthcare. You will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale projectsAssess the impact of changes on employees, processes, and systems, ensuring holistic readinessAlign change initiatives with organizational goals and objectivesStakeholder Engagement:Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and address concerns related to project changesAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practicesCommunication Planning:Develop and implement communication plans to ensure transparent and timely dissemination of informationCreate communication materials, including updates, presentations, and FAQsPromote awareness and understanding of changes among employees through effective messagingTraining and Support:Design and deliver change management training sessions tailored to different stakeholder groupsDevelop user support materials such as guides and e-learning modulesProvide ongoing support to employees during the transition periodMonitoring and Evaluation:Measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives using defined KPIs and metricsCollect feedback and insights to refine change strategies and improve future initiativesPrepare reports for stakeholders to demonstrate progress and areas of improvementRequirements8+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, with a focus on technology implementationsCertification in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworksStrong experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training developmentExcellent analytical skills with the ability to design and execute change management plans effectivelyExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse groupsExperience in project management principles and methodologies is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentApplicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work permit or visa to apply for this position.BenefitsJoin a high-impact project in a mission-critical industryFlexible work arrangements (hybrid or on-site as needed)Be part of a top-tier delivery team driving digital transformationYour privacy matters.
