The company is currently seeking a
**Full-Time or Part-Time Sales Consultant** for their Payneham store in SA to build upon the remarkable success of the business.
You can choose between
**Permanent Full-Time and Permanent Part-Time** positions, providing you with flexibility in scheduling and the number of days worked.
In the role of Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass sales and customer service, involving the attainment of sales targets, resolution of customer complaints and maintaining showroom standards.
The company places a strong emphasis on career advancement, with many Sales Consultants progressing to Store Manager roles, and the potential to later advance to the position of Regional Sales Manager.
This position requires weekend work, both on Saturday and Sunday, with rostered time off during the week. Additionally, there are extended trading days in January and June, necessitating a six-day work week. However, you will be compensated for any extra days worked and this will be in addition to your standard salary.
The role has the potential to earn an OTE ranging between $100k - $120k, which will include Super, Commissions, Bonuses and Additional Earnings relating to days worked.
