The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal senior position with leadership remit.
This is a blended property and commercial role. You'll lead commercial property matters (including acquisitions & disposals and commercial & retail leasing) while running a healthy mix of B2B contracts, business and share sales, and ongoing commercial advisory - with support to supervise juniors and shape team standards.
There is a clear pathway to senior leadership, with potential future equity on offer.
About You
* 5-13+ years' PAE (senior candidates considered up to Partner level).
* Solid experience across commercial property & leasing and corporate / commercial.
* Client-ready communicator; organised, pragmatic and calm under transaction pressure.
* Enjoys supervising and building capability in the team.
