About the role As a Disability Support Worker, you will be dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals in your local community. We are looking for candidates who are located in and available to work in the labrador and varsity lakes. We have casual positions available with flexible hours where you will provide active, person-centred support to people with disabilities. You will be working in our Supported Independent Living Program (SIL) and will be required to provide transportation in your own vehicle, so a valid Australian driver's licence and your own registered and insured vehicle are a requirement. We have casual opportunities to work throughout the week, including sleepover shifts and weekends. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Positive Behaviour Support Plans, managing challenging behaviours and restrictive practices.
