Help build a workforce business worth standing behind.
Our client is building a workforce business that deliberately goes against the grain.
No CV-only recruitment.
No surprises for clients.
United Talent have been engaged by a growing workforce business in Western Australia's mining, civil and construction sectors to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to shape their recruitment function. This is not a high‐volume, CV‐driven operation.
Our client has deliberately built their business around disciplined, relationship‐led recruitment — knowing their people, understanding site requirements, planning ahead, and standing behind the quality of every placement they make. They are now seeking a Recruitment Manager who shares those values and wants to help scale the business the right way.
The Opportunity
Having access to senior leaders you'll provide talent acquisition leadership to a team of recruiters delivering workforce solutions across WA's mining, civil and construction projects. Beyond day‐to‐day delivery, this role plays a critical part in shaping recruitment standards, systems and capability as the business grows.
As the organisation expands, this role expands with it — including the opportunity to build a larger recruitment team, contribute to broader group mining recruitment, and support future growth or acquisition activity.
How Our Client Recruits
Their approach is clear and consistent:
* Interviewing and qualifying candidates properly.
* Building job‐ready talent pools, not just candidate lists.
* Planning workforce needs before they become urgent.
* Redeploying proven workers to protect capability.
* Operating with discipline, accountability and pride.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to influence how recruitment is done — not just chase weekly numbers.
Who This Role Will Suit
This opportunity will suit a recruitment leader who:
* Is tired of reactive, shortcut recruitment models.
* Values strong relationships backed by structure and standards.
* Wants to build teams and long‐term capability, not just placements.
* Cares deeply about reputation, follow‐through and doing what they say they'll do.
* Is motivated to grow with a business and take on broader leadership over time.
