Job Title
As a Service Team Lead, you will oversee and mentor a team of 30 members to provide exceptional in-store support and services.
The role involves ensuring consistent delivery of essential services such as trolley availability, safety, food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and waste management throughout the week.
You will work closely with the services department to manage supplies, evaluate team members, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires a leader who can create effective work schedules, prioritize customer needs, and drive results.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with department managers and the store leadership team.
