As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be the face of our outlet leading your team with energy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every customer leaves with smile. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
 * Foster a positive and respectful team environment aligned with Marrybrown values.
 * Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and rostering.
Operational Excellence
 * Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently across all shifts.
 * Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
 * Implement and uphold brand standards and SOPs.
Customer Experience
 * Champion excellent customer service, resolving issues calmly and professionally.
 * Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service.
 * Drive sales and control costs (labour, food, inventory, wastage).
 * Monitor KPIs and P&L reports to ensure store profitability.
 * Manage cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
Brand & Community
 * Promote the Marrybrown culture and values in-store and within the local community.
 * Support marketing initiatives and local store promotions.
What We're Looking For
 * Experience: 2+ years in QSR or hospitality management.
 * Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team.
 * Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
 * Operational Know-how: Understanding of food safety, labour laws, and QSR systems (POS, inventory, etc.).
 * Adaptability: Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and thrives in a growing brand environment.

 * Available to work rotating rosters including weekends and public holidays.
 * Must be 18+ for supervisory responsibilities.
