What you'll do:
* Collect and interpret design briefs (turning client needs into solutions that wow).
* Sell directly to Marketing Managers and decision-makers.
* Hunt for new business through cold calling and face-to-face selling.
* Nurture long-term client relationships with account-based marketing strategies.
* Think technically – you'll need to understand our products and services to sell them effectively.
* Solve problems fast, with creativity and confidence.
What you bring:
* Proven experience in design brief collection and B2B sales.
* A track record of selling to Marketing Managers (bonus points if you've worked in events, exhibitions, or creative industries).
* Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face selling.
* Strong account-based marketing and relationship management skills.
* A curious, technically minded approach – you're the type who loves learning how things work.
* Resilience, hunger, and the drive to smash targets (without being a pushy salesperson).
