What you’ll be doing Leading, mentoring and developing a young, growing team Staying hands-on with your own locum recruitment desk Driving volume recruitment and shift-fill performance Using data and reporting to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities Proactively forecasting demand and building pipelines ahead of surge periods What you’ll bring A strong background in agency recruitment (ideally healthcare, locum or temp) Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced desk Leadership experience OR readiness to step into your first Team Lead role A commercial, results-driven mindset with strong KPI ownership Confidence in workforce planning and managing fluctuating demand Why Join HCA?
