Tesla Motors is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our innovative team. This role involves significant customer interaction, requiring excellent customer service skills and basic technical support capabilities.

What You'll Do
1. Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Return missed calls and emails swiftly.
3. Receive stock, pick, ship, and manage inventory to support vehicle service needs.
4. Accurately record parts transactions and data into the Dealer Management System, paying close attention to detail.
5. Assist customers with order processes and provide summaries of transactions.
6. Escalate issues related to inbound packaging or supplier problems.
7. Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials.
8. Communicate estimated parts shipping and arrival times, providing regular updates.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with parts orders.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
11. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the service center.
12. Manage multiple priorities effectively, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
What You'll Bring
1. Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair methods, parts, tools, and materials.
2. Understanding of basic automotive repair and servicing techniques.
3. Experience with automotive equipment and service methods.
4. Proficiency in DMS Systems, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
5. 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions.
7. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers.
8. Professional appearance and integrity as a Parts Advisor.
9. Dealer automotive service experience is a plus.
