About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our head office team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with a passion for the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management and remote supervision of IMG staff registrars.
Liaise directly with third-party general practice clinics, including practice managers, supervisors and practice owners, to maintain strong working relationships and support practice needs.
Manage and support the internal team responsible for screening, contracting and onboarding IMGs and practices.
Facilitate the pairing of prospective IMGs with suitable general practice clinics across Australia.
Provide guidance and support for registration and immigration processes for IMGs.
Coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding for IMGs entering the program.
Deliver ongoing remote practice management support to ensure successful placements and practice compliance.
Providing one-on-one virtual check-ins with IMG staff Registrars and practice owners, offering respectful yet educational guidance on improving MBS billings.
Continuously review and improve operational processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
About You:
Proven experience in general practice management or healthcare operations.
Strong understanding of the Australian general practice environment and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate and guide doctors and practice managers withrespect and professionalism.
Strong understanding ofMBS billing structuresand compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience inbusiness development, team leadership, and strategic growth.
Experience working with IMGs or in medical recruitment highly regarded.
