**About the role**
Reporting to the National Marketing and Online Manager, you will support and maintain the Joyce Mayne and Domayne Brand marketing and online advertising activities across Harvey Norman, Joyce Mayne & Domayne. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, Generic Publications, and Franchisees in the Mobile and Computer Technology division to assist and provide recommendations to independent franchisees operating under the brands.
Responsibilities include;
- Monitor marketing and product trends and formulate brand strategies to enhance and promote the Harvey Norman, Domayne, and Joyce Mayne brands.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Marketing and Online advertising administration activities.
- Prepare and manage brand marketing and online advertising recommendations for internal stakeholders, aiding in promotional planning.
- Prepare and maintain updates for the Executive General Manager, National Marketing & Online Manager, Mobile and Computer Technology General Managers.
- Organise and coordinate recommended in-store Brand Marketing and Online advertising activities.
- Support and maintain the Brand Online advertising activities.
- Prepare Franchisor Post Campaign Reports to monitor performance.
- Maintain and update the Joyce Mayne & Domayne Brand Marketing and Advertising Calendar.
- Maintain and update the Franchisor Promotional Calendar & Category Marketing OneDrive structure and resources.
**About you**
You will be at the beginning of your marketing career, either currently studying marketing or equipped with relevant qualifications and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You are highly engaging, possess exceptional administrative and organisational skills, thrive in hands-on roles, and are eager to learn.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High level of communication, customer service and business relationship building skills.
- Ability to plan and organise effectively.
