We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Practice Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth running of the practice, including stock management, rostering, and other administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting and P & L reporting.
">
In addition, you will play a key role in identifying staff training needs and providing coaching and guidance to the team. Your excellent communication skills and customer service focus will be essential in providing exceptional care and service to all clients and patients.

* Stock management, rostering, and other practice administration tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a management role

* Experience in the veterinary/or medical industry (desirable)

* Cert IV in Vet nursing or equivalent (desirable)

* 4 years' experience as a Vet Nurse (desirable)

* Experience with Ezyvet (desirable)
