Due to growth the organization is looking for a HR Manager to report to the General Manager on a
permanent basis.

Role Summary
The
HR Project Manager
will lead, plan, execute, and finalize projects within the Human Resources department, focusing on streamlining and enhancing core HR operational services. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with the organization's strategic HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
* Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Create and maintain project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts), allocate resources, and manage critical dependencies.
* Drive project execution, monitor progress, manage workstreams, and ensure accountability from all participants.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.
* Track costs and resources to ensure completion within the approved budget.
HR Process & System Implementation
* Lead initiatives to standardize and strengthen HR practices (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, contract management).
* Manage implementation, upgrades, or integration of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and related platforms.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and IT/security regulations.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
* Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Regional HR Managers, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
* Deliver clear and concise status reports and presentations to sponsors and senior management.
* Act as the central communication hub for all project-related updates.
Change Management
* Design and execute change management strategies for smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
* Coordinate training, documentation, and support materials for end-users.
Required Skills and Experience
* Project Management:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex projects from inception to closeout.
* HR Expertise:
Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and systems (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, compliance).
* Certifications:
PMP or equivalent certification (highly desirable).
* Technical Skills:
Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and HRIS platforms.
* Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
