The opportunity
You will lead the delivery of strategic projects that bringWarrigal’s long-term goals to life. From shaping projectplans and defining objectives to managing timelines, budgets, andrisks, you’ll oversee every stage of the project lifecycle.You’ll work closely with executives, managers, and subjectmatter experts to ensure each project is well-governed, clearlycommunicated, and delivers real, measurable outcomes. Your abilityto coordinate people, manage complexity, and adapt to change willbe key. You’ll also support others by sharing your projectmanagement expertise, helping build skills and confidence acrossteams, and contributing to a culture of learning and continuousimprovement. This is a hands-on role with real impact—yourwork will help improve the lives of older people in meaningfulways.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork
* Proven experience applying best-practice project and changemanagement methodologies to deliver organisationalimprovements.
* Substantial experience managing projects in a complex,fast-paced operational environment.
* Strong understanding of organisational functions and theinterdependencies between different business areas.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and engage staffand stakeholders, including building strong workingrelationships with senior leaders and external partners.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of emotional intelligence andself-awareness.
* Advanced interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated abilityto motivate teams and guide them toward achieving projectgoals.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with theability to manage multiple priorities.
* Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel,Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, and Planner.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of amultidisciplinary team.
* Willingness to travel as required based on projectscope.
* Current and valid driver’s licence.
* Previous experience working in the aged care sector orother community-based service environments.
