As the Residential Aged Care Services Manager, you will lead the operations of a small residential facility, ensuring quality, compliance and excellent care standards are met. You will manage and mentor a dedicated multicultural team including clinical, care, lifestyle and support staff, while fostering a positive culture of engagement and innovation.

About you:
* A proven track record as a Residential Aged Care Manager (or similar senior leadership role)
* Strong knowledge of aged care standards, funding requirements and accreditation frameworks
* Experience in regional or remote leadership, with cultural awareness and adaptability
* Excellent financial, HR and operational management skills
* The ability to build trust and relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and creating a supportive, respectful environment for residents
