The Position
o Monday to Friday day shifts (with occasional weekends)
o Deliver fresh, high-quality meals with a modern, homestyle twist
o Lead daily kitchen operations and uphold safety and quality standards
o Mentor kitchen staff and help create a positive, service-focused culture
o Ensuring all OH&S compliance is achieved, adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures
The Person
o Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
o Experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position
o Skilled in high-volume cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
o Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge
o A team player who can also work independently
o Obtain a Working with Children Check (paid)
