Sajen Legal is a commercial and litigation law firm with offices in Mooloolaba, Brisbane and Sydney. We're growing and looking for talented lawyers to join our Brisbane & Sunshine Coast teams.
Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer (3+ years PAE) – commercial disputes, construction law and insolvency based in either:
* Brisbane City; or
* Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast

The Successful Candidate
You\'ll be a confident, commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working directly with business clients and solving problems. You\'ll combine strong technical skills with a personable, professional approach that builds trust quickly.
Qualifications
* 3+ years\' post-admission experience in commercial litigation
* Excellent drafting and attention to detail
* Strong understanding of business and transactional matters
* Ability to manage files with autonomy while collaborating with colleagues
* A positive, team-focused attitude and genuine interest in clients\' success
* Relevant experience includes commercial disputes, general litigation, insolvency & Bankruptcy, administrative law and/or building & construction law.
Highly Regarded
* Experience or a desire to build your own area or industry of expertise
* Exposure to business sales, structuring, or commercial disputes
* Familiarity with private enterprise, National and SME clients
* A willingness to attend both industry and staff events to build your network of referrers
