Cambridge Furniture Showroom - PT Sales Position Available
Come to work in a sales and customer satisfaction driven environment! This PT Sales role in a stunning Hobart Showroom will keep you on your toes, and you will need a proven history in big-ticket items sales to succeed. The key to your success will come from your hunger, your communication skills and your understanding of how to build client relations.
As a key player in this showroom, you'll have the opportunity to work with an exclusive clientele, showcasing the finest in luxury furnishings and interior accessories. Your impeccable taste, exceptional communication skills, and drive to meet sales targets will make you the perfect fit for this role.
You will have a passion for working to targets, KPI's and commission goals. You will be able to give clear examples of consultative and challenging sales where you have used skill and negotiation to close the sale.

Responsibilities
* Sell luxury furnishings and interior accessories to exclusive clientele in a showroom environment.
* Meet sales targets, KPIs and commission goals; provide consultative and challenging sales approaches to close sales.
* Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Represent the showroom in a professional manner and contribute to a positive sales culture.
Qualifications
* A love of creating customer experiences.
* Experience working with trade sales, furniture or big-ticket items.
* Proven sales ability and a keen understanding of KPIs.
* Ability to form relationships quickly.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Attention to detail, both in styling and administration management.
* Team focused and culturally driven.
* Availability to work EVERY WEEKEND.
On Offer
* A base salary of up to $65k PLUS Super.
* Tens of thousands available in commissions annually based on your results.
* Set weekday RDO's; work every weekend to maximise your comms.
* Part time guaranteed 35 hours per week.
