About this role:
Programmed Care is looking for compassionate, caring and supportive Disability Support Workers committed to regular and consistent shifts based in Rockingham and Perth South.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Personal Care
* Manual Handling
* Community Access
* Companionship
* Domestic Duties
To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following:
* Current Certificate III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
* Preferably has experience, in an aged care facility, in-home support, community-based role
* Preferably Experience in Huntington's Disease/Dysphagia
* Valid Driver's Licence, Reliable, and Registered Vehicle and current Car Insurance
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Clearance
* Evidence of Flu Vaccinations
