Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project schedules and timelines
* Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
* Monitor departmental performance and provide support across multiple projects
* Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using industry-standard software
* Process and approve invoices, ensuring timely financial administration
* Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues before they impact delivery
* Provide clear communication between teams and suppliers
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a project coordination or related role within residential construction
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and industry-standard software
* Experience with Databuild or similar construction software is highly desirable
