 
        
        Disability Support Role
This position offers the opportunity to work with adult NDIS participants in shared living arrangements and respite services. As a support worker, you will provide care and assistance in various settings.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in SILs, hold relevant qualifications and certifications, and be available for varied shifts.
 * Females are preferred due to female clients' requests for personal hygiene support.
 * Staff must work a combination of morning, afternoon, and sleep-over shifts as part of our 24-hour care model.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
 * Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
 * 12 months paid experience in Shared Independent Living (SILs)
 * Australian Driver's License
 * First Aid Certificate
 * CPR certification
 * NDIS Worker Screening Check
 * Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
 * National Police Check
 * Reliable smartphone with data
