**Your new role**
The primary responsibility of the role is the timely and accurate validation and processing of customer claims.
- Manage the claims register, providing commentary and direction
- Validate claims vs scan results to ensure accuracy
- Primary contact for enquiries from Field, Finance and Customer teams
- Validate and reconcile claims/deductions received; confirm legitimacy and identify invalid claims; support customer and finance team through dispute resolution
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Numerical Skills
- Experience in FMCG is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using IT systems
- Strong Excel literacy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
