Logistics Management Position
This role supports the LAND 400 Phase 3 program as part of the Land Combat Vehicle System (LCVS) Program.
The position assists in establishing, managing and introducing logistics-related inputs to capability, as well as coordinating the work of industry partners to deliver required support system elements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing, managing and introducing logistics-related inputs to capability.
* Coordinating the work of industry partners to deliver required support system elements.
* Developing and reviewing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Plans, Processes and Procedures.
* Providing specialist ILS advice to achieve stream tasks and manage project risk and cost.
* Building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders at the strategic and operational level.
* Participating in the Mandated System Review Process.
* Providing constructive feedback to the contractor on deliverables.
Requirements include:
* Breadth of ILS experience, such as Training, Facilities, Maintenance, Reliability and Maintainability, Configuration Control and Supply Support.
* Knowledge of the methodology, systems and procedures within the logistics management function.
* Demonstrated experience in working within a team in a complex environment.
* Excellent communication and customer engagement skills with ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders.
* Aptitude to determine and assess alternative solutions, in the development and implementation of Integrated Logistics Support Concepts, and Plans.
