About the Role
As a BYD Sales Consultant, you'll help customers explore the latest BYD models, understand their features and make confident buying decisions. Your day will include:
* Welcoming customers and creating a relaxed, informative showroom experience
* Conducting demonstrations and test drives that highlight tech, performance and value
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right BYD model
* Managing online enquiries, leads and follow-up pipelines
* Explaining charging options, running costs and ownership benefits clearly
* Working with finance, delivery and service teams to ensure a seamless process
* Achieving monthly sales targets with strong support and coaching
You'll be helping customers choose vehicles that are modern, efficient and packed with features at a competitive price point.
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
* Interest in cars, technology and how people use them day to day
* Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
* Comfortable using digital systems, CRM tools and online sales platforms
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
* Automotive or retail sales experience is helpful but not essential
* A current manual driver's licence
