As we continue a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking a People & Performance Advisor to join our on‐site team at our Eastern Creek site. This role will be aligned with one of our key business units and will play a vital role in providing operational HR support that drives culture, capability and performance across the business.
In this role, you will:
* Support the delivery of business‐focused HR solutions.
* Support managers to navigate employee relations and industrial relations matters.
* Interpret HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
* Lead fair and consistent outcomes across people processes and decision‐making.
* Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidently manage their teams.
* Provide advice and guidance on people related matters and manage employee cases for your stakeholder group.
What you'll bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not essential.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a transport environment or manufacturing.
* Experience in a union‐targeted industry.
* In‐depth understanding and ability to interpret Australian employment law and industrial instruments (Modern Awards, EA).
* Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
* Ability to work operationally across a range of initiatives.
* Emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast‐paced environment.
