· Exciting opportunities have opened up for Casual Physiotherapists to join the Allied Health Team at The Hills Private Hospital.
· Seeking Physiotherapists with ability to work weekdays
The Hills Private Hospital is a private hospital with 86 inpatient rehabilitation beds, 25 inpatient mental health beds and a Day Program. We currently offer Orthopaedic, Neurological, Reconditioning, Cardiac and Amputee Rehabilitation Programs. Applicants must be flexible, team oriented and prepared to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
· To undertake full clinical responsibility for the physiotherapy diagnosis, assessment and treatment of a designated clinical load of patients undergoing rehabilitation
· Adhere to the ethical principles of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
· Liaise with multidisciplinary team regarding patient care and therapy time tabling
· Attendance / feedback of information at case conference and family conferences
Selection Criteria:
· Current registration with AHPRA
· Previous experience in Neurological Rehabilitation setting desirable
· Hydrotherapy experience necessary (MUST be able to swim)
· Sound clinical judgement and clinical reasoning skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
· Superior time management and organisational skills
