Positions Available
We have openings for:
* Junior Sommelier
* Senior Sommelier
* Assistant Head Sommelier
Locations include OTTO (Italian wine), Bennelong and Firedoor (Australian wine), and Quay (international list). Positions are available on a casual or full‑time basis.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a wine‑focused role, whether as a wine waiter or sommelier
* Detailed knowledge of food, beverages and wine
* WSET Level 3 or CMS equivalent
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* Full Australian working rights
* Availability to work nights and weekends
