Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in M2/SC1/Multi roles, where you will support production across multiple lines and equipment. This role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across several processes in our manufacturing environment.
As a Production Operator, you independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How You Will Contribute
* Independently operate and maintain production equipment across assigned Packing areas.
* Execute standard work processes using IL6S methodologies to ensure safe and efficient production.
* Participate in loss analysis (5 Why and RCA tool), reduce line stoppages, and eliminate downtime.
* Support quality assurance and safety compliance activities.
* Work flexibly across different packing roles (M2/SC1/Multi) to meet business needs.

Previous food manufacturing or packing experience highly regarded. This role is around a manual packing line where product needs to be packed from trays to finished good shippers.
Work schedule: Shift-based role – Afternoon Shift.
