We are seeking graduates who share our passion for helping people return to work and life after physical or psychological injury. As a Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting clients on their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial assessments, psychometric testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment
2. Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support
3. Provide case management for injured workers and conduct assessments for return to same employment
4. Assess and report on psychological functional capacities and complete psychological functional assessments
5. Make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work
6. Write detailed case notes and reports
7. Support veterans in achieving their psychosocial, medical, and RTW goals
8. Opportunity to provide Adjustment to Injury counselling and Vocational Counselling in-person and via phone to support clients' rehabilitation
9. Work with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, including varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality statuses

Requirements:
* Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling
* Be eligible for ASORC or RCAA accreditation upon graduating
* Have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025
* Agree to a pre-employment national criminal check prior to employment
* Have full Australian working rights
* Hold a full drivers' license, own vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
