Customer Service Representative Opportunity
As a valued member of our Trade Store team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our growing customer base via phone, email, and other activities.
About the Role
This key position involves supporting various areas of our trade store to provide top-notch service. Your duties will include:
* Face-to-face customer interactions, resolving issues, sourcing parts, and providing estimated delivery times for backordered items.
* Daily stock replenishment and inventory management.
* Maintaining showroom displays, rotating stock, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
* Forklift license is desirable but not required.
* Excellent customer service skills with a 'customer-centric' approach.
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivation and a commitment to personal development within the company.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
