The Role
As a Graduate Sustainability Consultant, you will join a team specialising in the design of exciting construction projects in Australia and worldwide. You will develop your knowledge and skills by analysing, reporting, modelling, and documenting sustainable design projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing sustainability design analysis and microclimate analysis
* Computational simulation (energy and daylight modelling)
* Managing green building certification and developing strategies for water conservation
* Driving the reduction in upfront emissions, transportation, and undertaking energy audits
Skills and Qualifications
You will be educated to degree level in Engineering, the Built Environment, or a related area. Essential skills include excellent communication skills and experience using your initiative to overcome challenges. Knowledge of ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC, etc., is beneficial, as well as experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software.
