Your key responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day laboratory operations and production workflowsLeading, mentoring, and developing multiple teams across disciplinesDelivering on financial performance, P&L;, and budget targetsBuilding strong client relationships and delivering to service contractsDriving innovation through automation, R&D;, and new servicesEnsuring NATA accreditation and ISO17025 compliance are maintainedPromoting a proactive HSE culture across all laboratory activityRepresenting ALS at industry events, sharing insights and trendsThe EssentialsWe're looking for a confident, people-first leader with a strong technical and business background.
