We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Create and deliver amazing experiences for our customers through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Advocate for the Cotton On Foundation and make a positive impact on our community projects
* Maintain store appearance by replenishing and merchandising product to ensure an engaging shopping experience
* Work collaboratively with your team to drive results and achieve sales targets
