We're looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to turn business goals into brand and campaign strategies that drive results across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint.
As brand steward, you'll shape how our destinations show up in market, evolving positioning, messaging and identity to connect with families, multi-gen travellers and international audiences. This role is all about translating big-picture objectives into actionable plans and leading the team to bring them to life.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of our marketing program, turning business goals into clear campaigns, creative output and measurable results.
Translate strategic objectives into annual marketing plans and seasonal campaign calendars.
Guide brand positioning, messaging and identity across all three destinations.
Lead campaign execution across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Manage lifecycle, CRM and performance marketing activity, with a strong focus on data and optimisation in platforms like Braze, GA4 and Power BI.
Oversee budgets, reporting and agency partnerships, with a clear focus on commercial outcomes.
Coach and support a team of five marketing professionals, building capability and collaboration.
What You'll Bring
You're a clear thinker, collaborative leader and confident decision-maker. You know how to turn strategy into action, bring people along for the ride, and guide a team to deliver work that's both creative and commercial. You've worked across integrated marketing before, and you know how to balance brand storytelling with performance results.
We'd love to see
7+ years' experience leading end-to-end marketing with measurable brand and commercial impact.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, architecture and identity systems.
Proven leadership across creative, media and digital marketing functions.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in CRM, performance and reporting tools.
Confident stakeholder engagement and a people-first leadership approach.
Bonus points for experience in tourism, attractions or entertainment.
