About you
We are looking for Full-time Kiosk Store Manager to join the team in Chermside, Brisbane.
The role
* Fantastic salary package
* Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
* Conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings
* Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
* Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support
* Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required
Requirements
* Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
* Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
* Experience in managing a retail team
* Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire
* Ability to multi-task and build relationships
* Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
