**The role**:
Due to continued growth and expansion, a new opportunity exists for a passionate optimisation specialist. This role, Marketing Operations Manager, will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across all retention initiatives for the GPC Asia Pacific Group. Work across the group to define with strategy and lead the roll out of CRM, loyalty and marketing automation activities across the group.
**Duties include**:
- Deliver & prioritise CRM, initiatives, objectives, outcomes, metrics, business requirements
- Identify CRM enhancement opportunities to enhance adoption and integration
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of loyalty programs and retention initiatives
- Facilitate and drive marketing automation initiatives
- Develop strong internal business relationships
- Project Management, including progress reporting, resource planning and stakeholder presentations
