Are you experienced hospitality worker? We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our Sodexo team based at our global client site in Ballarat. Reporting into the Chef Manager, this role will be responsible for excellent customer service, general kitchen duties, counter service, basic food preparation working though lunch and evening shifts.
This is a permanent part time role, 30hrs per week. Rostered hours are 2.30pm -10.30pm Monday to Friday, overtime will be available.
**Duties include**:
- Knowledge of food preparation / short order cooking
- The ability to demonstrate an exceptional level of communication
- You can think on your feet and be confident working autonomously
