Job Title: Civil Project Lead
We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Lead to manage the delivery of two exciting civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior management and experienced site teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
About the Role:
* Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules for large-scale civil projects;
* Procure and allocate necessary project resources, including personnel and equipment;
* Oversee cost management and reporting, ensuring accurate financial tracking and forecasting;
* Administer contracts, including negotiations and dispute resolution;
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, including testing and inspections;
* Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including staff, subcontractors, and clients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in civil construction project management, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices;
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
* Familiarity with industry software, including project management tools and building information modeling (BIM).
