Job Title: People and Culture Support Officer
About the Role:
This role supports the People & Culture Division, contributing to a positive employee experience across various activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist with tasks such as report writing, policy review, and drafting. They will also support the Chief People Officer with sensitive tasks and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders. The role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, administering key platforms, and ensuring data integrity.
Requirements:
* A Certificate IV or higher qualification in Human Resources
* Familiarity with HR processes and compliance
