In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team delivering third-party property access for construction projects across the regional rail network corridor.
Contributing to the largest infrastructure program in Australia, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting projects that will shape the future of transport for the diverse peoples of NSW.
You will navigate complex property access arrangements and broker solutions that deliver efficiencies and value in a fast-changing environment that contains competing priorities and diverse stakeholders. You will also have an opportunity to improve processes and implement best practices.
Your negotiation, consultation and communication skills, formed across property management, stakeholder engagement and compliance will see you manage access arrangements, resolve issues, and maintain compliance to enable safe and efficient rail operations.
This is a Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at your home hub and a further five days to be spent at either your home hub or another TfNSW location. The location is flexible for the right candidate.

About you
You’re recognized as a collaborative problem-solver, skilled at building relationships and delivering practical solutions, and experienced in assessing access applications.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Broad experience in property access management and stakeholder engagement.
You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the experience to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
