Lust Minerals is a fast-growing Australian ecommerce beauty brand focused on clean, high-performing makeup and natural science backed skincare. We are deeply community-led, with education and connection at the core of everything we do.

Our marketing is fast-paced, content-driven, and constantly evolving. We move quickly, test ideas, and focus on what resonates with our audience. This role sits at the heart of that - bringing campaigns to life in a way that feels engaging, relevant, and on-brand.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead who doesn't just "manage marketing"... you actually make it happen. Someone who can take a product, an idea, or a moment and turn it into a fully executed campaign.

This role is perfect for a creative, fast-thinking marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building campaigns from the ground up. You'll be someone who can move quickly, think on your feet, and bring ideas to life through content, community, and execution.

As the Creative Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for bringing our campaigns to life across our organic channels. You will take direction from the broader brand and product strategy and turn it into scroll-stopping content, cohesive campaigns, and strong digital presence.

You won't just plan - you'll do. From ideation through to filming, posting, and refining, you'll own the full execution of campaigns and organic marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on, creative, and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who loves being in the detail, spotting opportunities, and constantly improving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Creation & Execution:
Take products, launches, and key brand moments and turn them into fully realised campaigns. Build out campaign ideas, content direction, and execution plans, and work closely with the wider team to bring them to life.

Organic Social Strategy & Execution:
Lead and execute the organic social strategy across platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Plan, create, and post content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports campaign goals.

Content Creation & Shoot Direction:
Own the content process end-to-end - from ideation and shot lists to filming, editing, and final delivery. Lead photoshoots including concept development, mood boards, booking talent, and working with creatives.

Community Engagement & Growth:
Build and nurture our community across social platforms, with a strong focus on engagement and connection. Oversee comments, DMs, and conversations to ensure we maintain a strong and authentic brand presence.

Drive Website Traffic & Sales:
Create and execute content and campaigns that drive traffic to the website and support conversion. Understand how organic marketing contributes to the full customer journey.

Content Planning & Collaboration:
Work closely with the wider marketing team, including content creators and designers, to ensure all content is aligned, on-brand, and delivered on time. Provide clear briefs and direction to support execution.

Performance & Optimisation:
Track content and campaign performance, identify what's working, and continuously refine. Focus on small improvements that drive consistent growth over time.

Qualifications/About You:

* Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role within the ecommerce space
* B2C marketing experience is essential
* Strong experience in organic social media
* Confident creating, filming, and editing content
* A strong understanding of what makes content perform
* Creative thinker who can turn ideas into action quickly
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Solutions focused with a "figure it out" mindset
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator and team player
* Passion for beauty, skincare, and the digital space
