Role: Tenancy Design & Delivery Manager
Location: Wollongong/Shellharbour
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Design & Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end process of tenancy design, approvals, and delivery across a retail portfolio. You will work closely with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with design standards, leasing requirements, timeframes, and budgets.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead tenancy design reviews from concept through approvals and delivery
* Coordinate tenants, consultants, contractors, leasing, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with design guidelines, leasing requirements, and delivery standards
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
* Identify and resolve design and delivery issues efficiently
* Support continuous improvement across design and delivery processes
* Maintain a strong focus on HSE, sustainability, and best practice
About you:
* Background in construction, architecture, interior architecture, or a related field
* Experience in retail design, fit-out, or project delivery
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multiple projects
* Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
