Summary:
The Youth Worker will be responsible for promoting the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of young people by providing programs and services that support their personal growth and development. They will work with other professionals, community organizations, and parents/guardians to provide a safe, engaging, and healthy environment for youth.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of young people in care while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Each young person has unique needs and goals, and you will collaborate with your team to help them achieve these. Additionally, you will be required to manage administrative tasks, including updating shift logs and incident reports. You will also be required to work a range of shifts including, mornings, days, afternoons, evenings and sleep overs.
Qualifications & experience
* Blue card
* Drivers license
* Certificate IV or above in Family Youth Intervention or other relevant qualification
* Current First aid and CPR
* Hope and Healing
* Experience desirable but not essential
* Police Check
