THE POSITION – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW This role based in Sydney will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting hospitals in Australia, New Zealand, and SE Asia. You’ll focus on: Identifying and converting new business opportunities in public and private hospitals Managing and growing existing accounts to drive satisfaction and retention Collaborating with your key distributor partner on sales execution, product support, and joint initiatives Building trusted relationships with clinicians, procurement leads, and health execs Representing the company at regional conferences, events, and trade shows Reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and insights to guide regional leadership WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB Strong B2B healthcare sales experience, ideally across ANZ with some knowledge of SEA markets Understanding of hospital procurement processes and regulations Proven ability to manage distributors or work in distributor-led business models Confident working across cultures and geographies; some travel required Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with CRM and data-driven sales planning Full Australian working rights and flexibility for regional travel Interested?
