About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of providing an extraordinary shopping experience, helping customers select the ideal sofa to enhance their home. With a focus on customer satisfaction, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales while building lasting relationships with clients. The position is 35 hours per week, with weekend availability necessary. Plus, with uncapped commissions, your earning potential is only limited by your performance
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored guidance to customers, helping them find the perfect sofa for their needs, style, and budget
* Drive sales by meeting and surpassing your targets, earning generous commissions along the way
* Maintain an immaculate store environment, showcasing the brand's signature luxury products
* Work closely with a collaborative and enthusiastic team to ensure the best possible customer experience
About You:
* Previous retail or sales experience (furniture or homewares is an advantage)
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve both personal and team sales targets
* Availability to work weekends
