About the Role:

Gowrie NSW is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an OSHC Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to our Educators to ensure they exceed best practices in child care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a committed and engaged team of Educators

* Manage compliance and administrative aspects of the service
">
* Provide excellent communication and relationship management skills
">
* Interact with school representatives, children and their families
">

Requirements:

* Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
">
* Previous leadership experience
">
* Experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
">
* A team player with a creative and energetic approach
">
* Valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid)
