We require professionals for Z10 Finance Group Pty ltd as full-time Cooks & Chefs in Dubbo Orana Region. We are looking for someone who is hard working, creative, organised and passionate about Australian, Italian, Indian,Thai cuisine.
Job Title: Cook
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipments
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitiser and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as cook at least 1 years.(required)
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Culinary degree or equivalent Certificate 3 in Cookery (Required)
Salary Package:
- - - Successful applicant will get $76,650 per year.

- This is a full-time position (38 hours per week)
- The candidate must be available to work on weekends.
Job Title : Chef
Key responsibilities:
- Kitchen Staff Supervision
- Food Preparation and Production
- Menu Planning and Development
- Quality Control
- Sanitation and Safety
- Inventory Management
- Collaboration with Other Departments
- Adaptability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef at least 2 years plus.(Required)
- Culinary degree or equivalent Certificate 4 in Cookery. (Required)
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP.
Salary Package:
- - - Successful applicant will get $76,650 to $78,000 plus super depending on experience

- This is a full-time position (38 hours per week)
- The candidate must be available to work on weekends.
