Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring the restaurant complies with local, state and federal regulations. This includes adhering to policies and procedures, while providing leadership to the team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
* Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the General Manager.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of required programs, reports and legal documents on schedule.
* Actively participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
* Represent the organization in a professional, positive manner at all times.
