We are seeking experienced Bar and Gaming Attendants to join our team across multiple venues in Hobart. This role is suited to someone who already understands gaming operations and who holds a current RCG with a strong focus on responsible service and guest care. You will work across the bar and the gaming floor providing consistent friendly service every shift.

What you will do
* Provide welcoming professional service to guests in the bar and gaming areas.
* Operate gaming machines in line with RCG requirements and venue procedures.
* Monitor the gaming floor to support a safe and responsible gaming environment.
* Serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in line with RSA standards.
* Handle cash and EFTPOS accurately and securely.
* Maintain clean tidy and well presented bar and gaming areas.
* Work collaboratively with the wider venue team to deliver a great guest experience.
* Follow all compliance security and licensing requirements.
What you will bring
* Current RCG Certification that is recognised in Tasmania.
* Previous gaming experience in a hotel club or similar venue.
* Current RSA or willingness to obtain this before starting.
* Confidence in interacting with guests and building regular relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
* Reliable professional approach to work with good communication skills.
* Ability to work a rotating roster across days nights weekends and public holidays.
* Australian work rights.
